Mai sunt multe astfel de exemple.

Motivele pentru care te simți așa pot varia de la regulile stricte ale sistemului de valori în care ai crescut, până la liste autoimpuse pline de acțiuni pe care nu le-ai bifat.

Este de altfel posibil și ca, din cauza unui eveniment traumatic grav, să-ți fi început viața crezând că toate cele menționate nu au niciun sens.

Is medication necessary for depression?

We are all different.

Some individuals experiencing depression can manage effectively through psychotherapy alone, without the need for medication.

In other cases, medication may be recommended alongside psychotherapy for a limited period. Research shows that for those who require medication, the combination of therapy and medication is significantly more effective than medication alone.

We will work together to determine what is best for you. If medication is needed in addition to therapy, I will refer you to a psychiatrist I trust, ensuring coordinated and safe care.

Positive results can often appear relatively quickly. However, fully understanding your depression and applying what you learn in therapy takes time. Just as you did not become depressed overnight, having once been optimistic and energetic, it will take time to rebuild a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
