I can ease things for you!

Andreea Mărgineanu - Psychotherapist
Hello, I’m Andreea Mărgineanu, an existentially-oriented psychotherapist. For me, you are not a number in statistical research, but a unique and special individual.
What does quality of life actually mean?
- Is it being physically fit?
- Having a lot of money?
- Having a successful career?
- Being in a fulfilling relationship and having good relationships with loved ones?
All of these can be parts of a more or less satisfying life. But why?
Because a good life always starts from the inside.
How do you find the inside of your comfort zone?
Not by trying to make everything perfect according to standards imposed by others. You are the one who decides. You are the one who is in control.
You might be familiar with the phrase: “I’ll be happy when…”
- I`ll lose 10 kilograms
- I`ll buy a house
- I`ll get promoted
- My finances will improve
- I`ll find the ideal life partner
- I`ll go on the vacation of my dreams
All of these depend on external circumstances, not on your uniqueness, and they can only influence your happiness if you allow them to.
What if you decided for yourself what truly matters?
What if you could simply feel content?
Content with who you are, regardless of what others say or do, without waiting for someone or something else to create your happiness.
Psychotherapy can ease any transition or change you’re going through, and the simple fact that you’ve accessed this site is already a sign of courage, a first step toward discovering how you can change what is holding you back in your present life.
Sometimes, we face major life transitions:
- A significant relationship has ended—through divorce, death, or separation
- Relationships in general feel challenging
Or, positive changes can come on your way:
- Entering a new relationship after a breakup
- Getting married and starting a family
- Wanting to improve your current partnership\
- Seeking guidance to support your child’s healthy development
You probably spend a lot of time at work and there is a possibility that you will go through different changes depending on the economic and social context.
The role of psychotherapy is to help you navigate all of these transitions in a more adapted way, making things easier to deal with.
- As a psychotherapist, I support you in dealing with these diverse situations that may interfere with life satisfaction. For example:
In families where partners become estranged, and children need attention, couples and family therapy facilitates connection, time, and patience among members. - Anxiety numbs the mind. Psychotherapeutic treatment of anxiety protects the human system from the paralysis of depression.
- Depression clouds daily thoughts and shadows memories. Psychotherapy restores energy and optimism, helping you build a better future.
- Low self-esteem can block your ability to fulfill your dreams. Through therapy, I can help you regain confidence in your own abilities.
Any traumatic experience amplifies everyday difficulties. I approach all trauma, no matter how challenging, in a delicate and non-invasive way.
I am here to help.
My clinical experience has shown me that every individual who comes to my office with confidence, is unique. Beyond the tools, techniques, and training I offer as a therapist, what matters the most - the feeling of being safe and understood.
